Customer's Responsibility

1. Image Rights and Permissions: When you upload a design to printoshopla.com for custom apparel printing, DTF transfers, personalized uniforms, or other printing services, you affirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the submitted artwork. This includes ensuring that the design does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless printoshopla.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of another, or any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services.

3. Content Verification: Printoshop LA reviews customer-submitted artwork before production to identify potential intellectual property concerns, including unauthorized third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, professional sports team logos, league branding, and other protected designs.

Customers must confirm that they own their submitted artwork or have obtained the necessary authorization to reproduce it. If a design appears to contain protected third-party intellectual property, we may request proof of ownership, licensing documentation, or written authorization before processing the order.

Printoshop LA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where the required authorization cannot be established or where the submitted content may infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws. Our review does not constitute a legal determination or guarantee of intellectual property compliance.

Printoshop LA Limitation of Liability

1. No Responsibility for Uploaded Content: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted artwork. Printoshop LA provides custom apparel printing, DTF transfers, and personalized merchandise according to customer specifications. Customer-submitted artwork is used solely to fulfill orders and will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without the customer's prior permission.

2. No Redistribution or Sharing: Customer-submitted artwork is treated as confidential and used only for order fulfillment. Printoshop LA does not sell, redistribute, or publicly share customer artwork without prior authorization. Artwork may be shared with authorized production partners when necessary to fulfill an order, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

3. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall printoshopla.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.

Intellectual Property

1. Respect for Intellectual Property: Printoshop LA respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we prohibit users from uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting on the printoshopla.com website any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights.

2. Notification of Infringement: If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site; your address, telephone number, and email address; a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
