We've put together answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about custom apparel, artwork requirements, bulk ordering, production times, shipping, and more.

Our goal is to make your ordering experience as simple and convenient as possible.

1. What is your turnaround time?

Our standard production turnaround is approximately 15 business days after your payment has been completed and your final artwork proof has been approved.

Once production is complete, your order will ship via UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days.

Expedited production options may be available depending on our current workload.

2. Can I split my order into multiple shirt colors?

Absolutely! We understand that businesses, teams, and organizations may need different shirt colors within a single order.

You can split your order into up to 3 different shirt colors, provided the same artwork, print size, and print placement are used throughout the order.

Simply select the multiple-color option on the product page and specify the colors and quantities you need.

Additional colors or special customization requests may require a separate quote.

3. Will my shirts shrink after washing?

Some shrinkage is normal, especially with 100% cotton garments, even when they are labeled as pre-shrunk.

Depending on the fabric, washing conditions, and drying temperature, cotton garments may experience approximately 2–5% shrinkage.

Polyester blends generally experience less shrinkage than 100% cotton.

For the best results, we recommend washing garments in cold water and drying on low heat.

If you're between sizes, consider ordering one size larger for a more comfortable fit.

4. Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes! At Printoshop LA, we want you to feel confident about your order before production begins.

After placing your order, our artwork team will prepare a digital proof showing your design, placement, and approximate print dimensions.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Review your design before printing.

• Request adjustments when necessary.

• Approve your final artwork for production.

We will not begin printing until your final artwork has been approved.

Please review your proof carefully, as production will follow the approved specifications.

5. Can I request a mockup before placing an order?

Yes! If you would like to preview how your artwork may look on a garment before purchasing, you can contact our team to request a digital mockup.

To help us prepare your request, please provide your artwork, preferred shirt colors, garment styles, and desired print locations.

Please note that paid orders receive priority in our artwork preparation process. Pre-order mockup requests may take additional time.

6. Can Printoshop LA help with my artwork or design?

Yes! We can assist with basic artwork adjustments to help prepare your files for printing.

Examples include minor resizing, positioning, and basic file preparation.

For best results, we recommend submitting high-resolution artwork in PNG, PDF, or AI format, preferably with a transparent background.

Complex artwork modifications, background removal, logo recreation, or custom graphic design may require an additional design fee.

Please contact us before ordering if your artwork needs special attention.

7. Can I add printing to the sleeves?

Sleeve printing may be available depending on the garment type, design specifications, and order quantity.

Our standard custom apparel packages typically include the print locations listed on each product page.

If you need additional print locations, including sleeves, please contact us for a personalized quote.

8. Do you offer embroidery services?

Our primary customization service is full-color apparel printing using DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology.

If you are interested in embroidery or other specialty decoration methods, please contact our team to confirm current availability.

9. Do you offer individual folding and packaging?

Individual folding, bagging, or special packaging is not included in our standard bulk apparel packages.

If your order requires individual packaging, special labeling, or other finishing services, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options and pricing.

10. What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the garment type and product package.

Each product page displays its own minimum quantity requirements and available pricing options.

We specialize in bulk custom apparel orders for businesses, organizations, events, and teams.

For larger quantities or special projects, please contact Printoshop LA for a custom quote.

11. Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Sample availability depends on the garment style and type of customization requested.

Blank garment samples may be available for customers who would like to check the fabric, color, or fit before purchasing in bulk.

Printed samples may require additional production costs.

Please contact our team to discuss available sample options.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders canceled before final artwork approval and before production begins may qualify for a full refund, depending on whether any nonrefundable services have already been completed.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, cancellations and refunds may no longer be possible.

Please contact our team immediately if you need to cancel an order.

13. Can I make changes after placing my order?

Yes, order changes may be possible as long as your final artwork has not been approved and production has not started.

Changes may include:

• Shirt sizes and quantities.

• Garment colors.

• Artwork placement.

• Design adjustments.

• Shipping information.

Some modifications may result in additional charges or changes to your production timeline.

Once production begins, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

14. What printing method does Printoshop LA use?

At Printoshop LA, we specialize in professional DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, allowing us to produce vibrant, detailed, full-color designs on a wide variety of garments.

DTF printing offers several advantages:

• Full-color designs without traditional color limitations.

• Excellent detail for logos, graphics, and artwork.

• Compatibility with many cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

• Great for business apparel, promotional clothing, and bulk orders.

Printing methods and specifications may vary depending on the product selected.

15. Can I supply my own blank garments?

Our standard bulk apparel packages include garments supplied by Printoshop LA.

If you already have your own blank shirts or apparel and would like us to print them, please contact our team before placing an order.

Customer-supplied garments are subject to review and approval, as some fabrics or materials may not be suitable for our printing process.

Additional conditions or handling fees may apply.

16. What if I'm not satisfied with my order? Do you accept returns?

Because every Printoshop LA order is custom-made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selections, color preference changes, or customer-approved design details.

All customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving their artwork and order specifications before production.

However, if your order arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or does not match the approved specifications, please contact us promptly.

Our team will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
